Whether you lead a team of direct reports, volunteers or independent business owners, your leadership skills and style drives your team culture and ultimately your business results. During our focused leadership development coaching sessions we will identify strengths and uncover growth opportunities that will inspire and lead to transformation. As part of this coaching program you will receive: - individual behavioral assessments - tactics to help address obstacles - scenario planning to tackle complex situations - blueprint for how to hire and retain A-players - strategies in how to focus priorities - activities to support strategic planning This program includes six 60 minute one on one coaching sessions and can be completed as a 3 or 6 month package. Coaching can take place in person or virtually.
